FLOW X68 Privacy Policy

FLOW X68 is a Chrome extension that helps users automate prompt, image, video, and download workflows on Google Flow and Grok. This Privacy Policy explains what user data the extension handles, how that data is used, where it is stored, and when it is shared.

How We Use Data
- To provide the extension's single purpose: automating user-directed Google Flow and Grok prompt, image, video, and download workflows.
- To generate or transform prompts through the AI provider selected by the user.
- To store local settings, API keys, workflow progress, and reference assets so the user does not need to re-enter them.
- To verify FLOW X68 license status and enable paid features when a valid license is provided.
- To download user-generated media files into the folder selected by the user.
Local Storage and Retention
FLOW X68 stores settings and workflow data in Chrome extension storage on the user's browser. This includes API keys, license cache, prompt text, selected images, custom character reference data, generated prompt batches, pause/resume state, and download preferences.
Local data remains on the user's device until the user clears it, resets the extension settings, removes stored keys, or uninstalls the extension. Temporary session data may be cleared automatically by Chrome when the browser session or extension service worker is restarted.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
FLOW X68 only sends data to third parties when necessary to provide a user-facing feature selected by the user:
- Google Flow and Grok receive prompts, images, and automation actions when the user runs workflows on those websites.
- Google Gemini, OpenAI, or DeepSeek receive prompts, scripts, reference descriptions, and the corresponding API key when the user chooses that provider for AI prompt generation.
- The FLOW X68 license server at key.nodeaz.com receives the license key, product name, and hashed device identifier when the user activates or revalidates a license.
- Chrome's downloads API receives generated download filenames and target folders so files can be saved to the user's device.
FLOW X68 does not sell, rent, or share user data for personalized advertising, credit scoring, or unrelated analytics.
Security
- Network requests to supported AI providers, Google Flow, Grok, and the license server are made over HTTPS.
- API keys and license data are stored in Chrome extension storage and are used only for the provider or license feature selected by the user.
- The extension requests host access only for supported services used by its features.
- Users should only enter API keys they are authorized to use and should rotate or revoke keys from the provider dashboard if they believe a key has been exposed.
User Control
- Users can remove API keys from the extension's API key settings.
- Users can clear saved scripts, prompts, custom references, and workflow state from the extension UI where those controls are provided.
- Users can remove all extension data by uninstalling FLOW X68 from Chrome or clearing the extension's site and storage data through Chrome settings.
- Users can revoke AI provider API keys directly from the provider account dashboard.
Children's Privacy
FLOW X68 is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension's data handling changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
